Come visit the beautiful countryside and stay in this adorable cabin right outside the city limits of Cynthiana, KY! Located on over 90 acres, this place has a million dollar view of a large pond and huge pasture fields. It's only a short 5 mile drive into town where there is an abundance of local restaurants and small downtown shops. Enjoy a campfire with the on-site fire pit or go for a ride in the paddle-boat out on the water. Come enjoy a very peaceful and quiet getaway! Fully furnished with amenities that make you feel right at home. Fresh towels, basic condiments in the fridge, and coffee and tea for your use. Entire cabin Host is available via phone call or if in town to even stop by if there are any needs or requests while here. The small town of Cynthiana has plenty to offer! There are multiple small eateries including the Burley Market Cafe, Cynthiana Cheese Store, Biancke's Station & Restaurant, Maiden City Brewing Co. and many more! There are also a number of boutiques for shopping. And don't miss the unique painted murals scattered throughout the downtown area when you're out and about! If you feel like staying in, then enjoy the scenery, take in the wildlife and go on a nature walk! Feel free to use the paddle-boat out on the water. Only 27 miles (39 min. drive) to the famous Ark Encounter in Williamstown. PET POLICY: !!!IMPORTANT PLEASE READ!!! We love hosting your furry friends! There is a $15 per night, per pet fee that applies. Please MESSAGE a description of the dog beforehand for pre-approval. No cats allowed, sorry. (due to severe allergies) Please keep pets that shed off of the furniture and beds. Kennels are encouraged while guests are away for daily activities and pets are unattended. Any guest that has a pet without prior approval will have a minimum $100 charge. Excessive shedding and hair that requires additional cleaning will also have an additional fee.
