Set close to Paola's main square, this is a naturally lit and modern suite. It has a very large and spacious terrace overlooking a garden where one can chill with a glass of wine. Another balcony is found at the back of the suite with views of Paola's Church. The suite on the 2nd floor is newly decorated and furnished with a modern bedroom, bathroom & fully equipped kitchen including oven, kettle, toaster & fridge /freezer. Also a w/ machine, 32"inch TV, wifi , fresh linen, towels & shampoos. The suite is part of a traditional town house. Our Property is located in Paola, a quaint neighborhood close to southern bus terminal. It also offers street parking for those commuting by car. Each room is private and has its own lock with a private shower, kitchen and dining area. This space offers one king size bed and there is room for another single bed upon request. The Suite has a bedroom, bathroom , kitchen , a back terrace and another large terrace infront over looking a private garden. It is totally private with its own main door. Check-out is strictly at 10:30 am for housekeeping purposes and at a request luggage can be kept downstairs in the common area. Check -in at 3:00 pm, luggage can be dropped off and kept in the common area at a request beforehand. Carl & Eliza's place is located in Rahal Gdid, Malta A 5-minute walk to Paola Square where one can find Pharmacies, Restaurants and Fashion stores. The two UNESCO Pre-historic Sites - Tarxien Temples and unique Hypogeum - are 10 min walk away- The suite is one minute away from a convenience store, 5 minute away from a restaurant and 10 minute walk from a supermarket. It is situated one bus away to the capital city of Valletta & Airport from a central bus stop 5 minutes away ( connecting all main routes ). Choosing to stay in Paola offers the added advantage of being at the center of Malta's southern region which enables short-distance travel to the sought after medieval Three Cities, Marsaxlokk the fishing village, Marsascala for nightlife & swimming, and Birzebbugia sporting famous Pretty Bay. The rental price does not include the ECO-tax. Each guest has to pay €0.50c per person/night up to maximum of €5.00 and only applies for guests of 18 years and older. This has to be paid cash upon arrival.
