Beautiful self sustainable Tiny House with composting toilet on tidal Beach front in rural setting. 15 minutes South of coromandel town, this haven offers the best in relaxation. Walk along the beach, go get a feast of cockles or simply lounge on the deck reading a book, soak in the afternoon sun with cheese and crackers and watch the sunset from the outside bath on the deck this place offers serenity at its best! ***NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 7 YEARS*** This tiny house has a unique and clever design lovingly created by Shayes Tiny Homes. A simple 15 minute drive from Coromandel Town where you will find a raft of local cafes, restaurants and arts/crafts shops. My father lives next door on the property and will pop over to greet you and show you the basics of the composting toilet and answer any questions you may have. My father is just next door so if you have any questions about the area of any issues in the tiny house you can simply pop over and ask him, if you're up for a chat, he will happily oblige with that too 😆 or alternatively text or call me. Will need your own car Our water supply comes from the local stream. it goes through a vigorous filter system including UV sterilization to ensure no bacteria comes through to the house. Being a stream the water will come out slightly discoloredbut it is more than safe to drink. Although, you may prefer to bring your own drinking water.
