Beautiful apartment in a 1910s style villa. Entirely remodeled in a rustic style with original furniture. Fully renovated kitchen with dishwasher and utensils. Spacious and sunny family room. The two bedrooms are furnished with gorgeous pieces, with incredible vistas on the city of Cortona and the Tuscan countryside. You will be alone and in complete safety, and will have the entire outside area to yourseld, with a swimming pool and a large gated garden at your full disposal. The top floor of our gorgeous villa is all yours. The first floor is rented all year long by our lovely tenant Nello. The property is surrounded by a wall and gate and absolute privacy is guaranteed. The space is breezy and very pleasant. All the rooms have amazing vistas. Outside the house there is an incredible garden available only to the guests, with a table to dine and chairs to relax. Close to the house there is a little deli and an affordable restaurant with incredible views. You will have full access to a small but beautiful swimming pool surrounded by olive trees. From it, you can gaze at the Tuscan countryside, see the beautiful town of Cortona in the distance. You can relax while waiting for the day to cool off before visiting the numerous Tuscan villages nearby the apartment. In order to guarantee complete safety and privacy, you will be the only ones there. Parking is available on the premise. Upon arrival, you will find us waiting for you for the keys. Alternatively, we are happy to arrange for contact-less check-in. The town is 3.5 miles away. A car is necessary to visit the nearby area. Buses are available with a bus stop right outside the garden but not too frequent over the summer. Numerous path to walk are available around the house. We will be happy to show them to you. Villa Le More is in an incredible location, away from the crowded streets of Florence, Siena and Roma, yet close to them enough to take day trips. The train station of Terontola is very close (1.5 miles) and offers affordable train rides to Florence (9 euros one way), and to Rome (12 euros one way).
