We have a beautiful Countryside house immersed in the Chianti Classico Area, few minutes away from Florence. Ideal for Families or group of friends, for those who love to be surrounded by Vineyards and olive trees with out being too far away from civilization. Florence Down town is 12km away (20 minutes if you drive slow), Greve in Chianti is 10 minutes away, Siena and San Gimignano are 45 minutes away and Pisa and Montalcino are one hour away.. so all you need to see is really close and day trips are very easy to organize from here. The house was fully refurbished few years ago and you will get the modern comforts and charm of Chianti House. We have 5 bedrooms (4 at the 2nd floor and one on the ground floor) and 4 bathrooms for a total of 10 people (up to 12 with kids) The kitchen is fully equipped, including dish washer and washing machine. For those who want to relax there is a private swimming pool all surrounded by olive trees, as in the best tuscan tradition (siz(URL HIDDEN)1,4 Depth) The Estate is over 260 hectares (700 acres), which you can explore. There is always somebody reachable in case of maintenance or emergencies. During the winter time the Heating system is working very well and house is very warm and welcoming. The heating cost is based on consumption by the meeter (generally 30-70€ per day).
