Rural house on Istrian contryside

Cosy and still house on the countryside of Croatian Istra. Master bedroom with a double bed, a separate veranda, wardrobes and a makeup table. Bedroom with a double bed, wardrobes. Bathroom with a shower, a toilet, a bidet and a washing machine. Living room with a sofa group, a fire place and a dinner table for six people. Kitchen fully equipped with a combined gas and electricity stove, refrigerator with a freezing compartment. The kitchen is not on any of the photographs, but looks good and is in the same style as the rest of the house. Expect solitude in the house. Secluded. Great Croatian beaches within a short car drive. See below. It's a one-storeyed house, built by my father-in-law as a vacation house for him and his family. The adjacent old house (the higher one on the photo) is the house where my father-in-law grew up under communism Yugoslavia. It's no longer in use. Beds for five people. Floor and sofa space for one or two more. Barban village (bank, grocery store, café, restaurant): 4 km Labin (medieval city on top of mountain): 19 km Krnica beach (unexploited): 20 km Rabac beach: 23,5 km Duga Uvala beach: 24 km Pula airport: 27 km Pula city (with Colosseum-like building, events): 31 km Rovinj (medieval city by the sea): 39 km You will have access to the full house. There is an old house with a garage adjacent to yours. Those spaces are not included in the rent. We (or more likely a relative of ours) will let you in, show you around (in Croatian:-) and hand you the key. After that, you have the house to yourself. Our relative and we will be available on phone, should questions or issues arise. There are buses to/from Barban and Pula. We'll provide you digitally with maps for directions to the house and to neighbouring beaches and excursions.
