Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a representative of Hilltop House who will guide you through 2 minute scenic bamboo raft ride in a shallow river crossing. Breathe in the crisp fresh air as you discover the glorious mountains & the spectacular river. Pundaquit beach is 5 mins walk from our place. Also Pundaquit Beach is the jump-off point to famous Coves of Anawangin, Talisayen, Nagsasa & Silanguin Cove. Hispanic era Capones Lighthouse (1898) & Camara Island are also accessible by boat ride A spacious air conditioned Master’s bedroom with 2 queen size beds, 43 inch TV with cable, Wifi, En-suite toilet & bathroom, shower with heater, bidet, closet, flat iron, hair dryer, accent chair and a big balcony. Second room with two double size beds, air conditioner, TV & Bluetooth speaker. Our Roof Deck absorb 360 degree views of the surrounding mountains, forest, river and ocean. A fully functioning kitchen with cooking appliances such as full size 2-door Refrigerator, 2 burner gas stove, Microwave oven, Stainless Barbecue Grill, Toaster, Hot and Cold water dispenser, kettle and Rice cooker. Cookware, pots and pans and utensils is provided. Also, a rustic design open dining table that can accommodate up to 10 persons. There will be no other guests in the Hilltop house. PET POLICY: Well-behaved small dog are welcome. We charge a one time fee of P 500 pet cleaning fee. Please observe the following Pet policy. *Your dog is not allowed in the room. *Your dog should be friendly and house trained. *Your dog must be supervised by you at all times. *Only one small dog is allowed. You will be charged for any damage caused by your dog. Reminder: -Must climb 69 flight of stairs going to Hilltop House but with numerous rest area A stroll around the property’s sprawling landscape, and a hike up the surrounding mountains for a view of the ocean and the nearby island is a guaranteed enjoyable activity for visitors. Guests may also enjoy paddle boating or bamboo rafting on the river below, or they can go fishing at the floating cottage fronting the river. Carlo and Grace, our dependable & hardworking caretaker is happy to serve during your vacation. They will do everything to ensure that your stay is comfortable, enjoyable and memorable. BTW, Husband and Wife tandem lives near the property and is available if guests need anything. Work hours is from 8AM-8PM. We have on call maintenance worker ready to bring and do things within 30 minutes or less and will do our best to cater to our guests needs and requests. We are here to serve our guest. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority Surrounded by mountains and river. Rain-dependent streams are elsewhere during rainy season (June-September). River swimming is fun and enjoyable activity (best month is between June-December) 24 hour public transport 15 minutes away from main market of San Antonio, Zambales 30 minutes away from famous Anawangin Cove (Boat ride) Pundaquit Falls is a must visit during wet season (15-20 minutes walk) from our place We are local and LOVE giving tips and suggestions to our valued guest HOUSE RULES -Please inform us "Time of Arrival' 2 days prior to your booked date. -Always make sure to secure your valuables and lock all windows and door when going out. We are not responsible for the loss or damage to valuable items of the Guests. -Insects are unavoidable, please bring insect repellant. -Strictly no smoking inside the rooms. -Turn off switches and unplug other electronic devices when not in use. -You will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by you, your guests or any person for whom you are responsible. -Always keep the place clean. Clean as you go. -Please conserve water, make sure faucets are properly closed. -We will change beddings if you're long-term stay. -WIFI is available. Please refrain from using Video-Streaming Services and Downloading huge files due to the Data Limitations. -Eating and drinking is discouraged inside the rooms to prevent cockroach, ants & other insects from inhabiting the rooms. -Our Hilltop house can accommodate up to 8 guest only. Extra guest is 500 per person. We will provide extra Mattress, Pillows & bed sheet for the extra guest including towels, soap & shampoo. -No littering: throw your cigarette butts or any other trash in the trash bins. -Stained sheets, blankets and pillow case will have a corresponding charges. -Only guests who are registered with us prior to arrival will be allowed to enter the place. Please try to read the house rules before booking take place so you will understand what to expect. We don’t want you to feel disappointed of your vacation. ACTIVITIES Also, Water sports activity can be arranged. You can do Snorkeling or fishing. Island hopping is a must do activity in Brgy., Pundaquit, San Antonio, Zambales. Cliff diving can be arrange. See the famous Hispanic era Capones Lighthouse (1898) in Capones island. Famous Cove and Islands are accessible by boat ride: Agnaem, Anawangin, Talisayen, Nagsasa & Silanguin Cove. Capones & Camara Island. During the rainy season (June-September), multiple small and big waterfalls is an added attraction in Pundaquit. Fresh catch from the sea may be bought from local fishermen, subject to availability. Stores and Restaurants are accessible. Set meals can also be provided as per request.
