Our home is a modern utopia where you will enjoy the open plan, modern appliances, wifi/ Netflix/ Stan and comfortable beds. It's private and sunlit, and conveniently located near shops and the bay. You can rent it as a two bedroom with a choice of beds in room 2 (Cot or double bed available - or both). Our space is homely and has all you could wish for to escape, yet it's stunningly holiday like. It's opposite the local shops that have all you require for a daily shop and coffee/ drink, it's walking distance to the bay/ beach/ restaurants and conveniently close to transport and other attractions. You will be on holidays amongst the locals in this suburban Oasis. Backyard has Vuly trampoline, mud kitchen and climbing frame-great for kids and totally secure. Let us know what bedroom configuration you require. Small dogs considered. Everything is available for guests to use except the garage and the walk in wardrobe in the main bedroom. Self check-in is available but communication via phone/ text is possible. You are staying on millionaire's row here on Woolooware road! Enjoy being opposite the local shops including a Cafe, bakery, Deli and butcher. Opposite the property (Wren street) has a public water access, so you can throw in your paddle board or water craft. 500m down the same road is the RMYC (Royal motor yacht club). And Cronulla village and beach is just a short stroll of 15mins. There is a medical practise on the corner of need be. Plenty of street parking. There is a bus stop out the front that goes to local attractions, a train station (to the city) 10mins walk away or there are always plenty of Ubers nearby. Most locals get around on foot as Cronulla street/beach/ village is on 10min walk away. The wifi password is on the modem. The yellow bin is more recycling, the green for leaves, etc and the red for waste: bin night is Tuesday. Main bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite. Second bedroom has a cot and double bed. Third bedroom is an office. The garage is unavailable/locked and used by us as storage.
