Newbuild house approx 2 years old, in a lovely garden village, hidden away from the city centre! Furnished, with a nice but basic garden. Good quality kitchen&bathroom facilities,full shared use of kitchen. You will have the room to yourself and also the main bathroom. 5/10 minute drive from the Royal Gwent Hospital. Approx 10 minutes drive away from Newport centre/Friars Walk. Bistro set out the back which is used by my boyfriend mainly if he goes for a smoke (No smoking in the house!) 3 bed house, one is our bedroom, one is a guest room with some storage in (you will have sole access to the room and the bathroom if you stay) and a small bedroom which is due to be refurbished so is not in use. The main bathroom will be kept for your sole use, it has a bath with a shower attachment so you can use which ever you prefer. Pet friendly house, but please message to say what animal(s) you have as we have a cat and I would like to know before arrival just incase. Must be house trained and non-violent pets. You are welcome to use the kitchen, and I have a lovely coffee machine which you can use also, plus downstairs loo available but these facilities are shared. Sole use of the spare bedroom and main bathroom, you can use garden area and kitchen area anytime. Please email or text me. We work Mon-Fri so will be home on weekends and more than likely be downstairs. Due to lockdown we won't be venturing far! We are easy going and are happy to interact or not, we understand you may be tired and to be alone... But also if you want to join us for a drink or to eat with some company then you are very we come to. Lovely quiet garden village with park and pond area within very short distance. 5 minute walk to the local shops and 20 minute approx walk to Morrisons. Deliveroo, Just Eat, Uber Eats and Dominos deliver to us! Lots of choice available if you don't want to cook! Many taxi services operate in this area, Newport train station is approx 5-10mins by car/taxi. We have a friendly cat. She rarely comes upstairs, mainly stays in her bed or on her spot on the sofa! She has been great recently with small dogs and other cats.
