A Little Gem | Cosy 2 bed house close to the beach

This cosy 2 bed house is very close to the beach, local cafés, eateries, the Jurassic Centre, Seaton Tramway, Seaton town centre and Axmouth Harbour. Walk to the amazing mile long beach in less than a minute! The house is stylish, clean and comfortable and is perfect for couples, small families, solo adventurers, walkers and business travellers. A large Tesco is conveniently located nearby. The property has it's own private entrance and is ideally situated with good, easy access to all amenities. It has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and dishwasher and everything you need in a kitchen. There is a washing machine and an electric clothes airer, iron and ironing board should you need it. There is also a high-chair with tray and back cushion. There is a downstairs bathroom with bath and an upstairs en-suite with shower. The lounge has a comfortable corner sofa, dining table and chairs, tv and dvd player, books and a selection of board games. For those winter nights there is a wood burner. I may be in the area during your stay, but if not then I am certainly contactable via email and phone and very happy to help with any information. Check-in: from 3pm, Check-out: 10am. There are other properties adjacent to this one, so guests will need to be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum inside and outside of the house. The house is great for people looking for a relaxing break in the area, but definitely not for parties, sorry. There can be some local traffic noise from the town road during the day. The house is perfectly situated for enjoying the beach, the South West Coast Path to Beer or Lyme Regis, a day out on the Seaton Tramway or maybe a visit to the Seaton Wetlands Nature Reserve or the Seaton Jurassic Discovery Centre. It is close to bus stops and there is free overnight parking close by. There is no private parking at the property. There is however lots of available parking close by. No pets allowed, sorry.
