Nestled in the heart of Suffolk County, this private house offers the comforts of being at home. Our guests are afforded the privacy they require, and help, if needed, and we are willing to be accommodating to all reasonable requests to make their stay pleasant and pleasurable. It is close to Stony Brook University and Stony Brook Hospital, St. Catherine's Hospital, and conveniently located to beaches, the Hamptons, Long Island vineyards, and New York City. Jake 58 Casino is 5.2 miles away. Approximately 50 miles by car to the following destinations: NYC; Yankee Stadium; Citi Field; the Hamptons. Lake Ronkonkoma is 2.8 miles from the house. There is a private office/study equipped wit a printer. We provide transportation on date of check-in for guests who take the LIRR Ronkonkoma Line. This is our main residence, and we are available either in person, or by text or email to answer or respond to our guests. The neighborhood is made up of Colonial houses in the village of Lake Grove. It is very safe and quiet. Smith Haven Mall is within walking distance. There is public transportation to Stony Brook University and Stony Brook Hospital from Smith Haven Mall LIRR - Ronkonkoma Station Port Jefferson Ferry Fire Island Ferry There are 2.5 bathrooms in the house; 1.5 are shared with other guests.
