Bella Cottage

Self contained guesthouse located in the bushland on the northern edge of Sydney, with newly renovated kitchen and bathroom. SURROUNDINGS 1km to local shops and 3km to Berowra train station. Bushwalks galore, rockclimbing and wildlife at your doorstep! Bella Cottage is adjacent to our house with a courtyard in between. Our pool (accessible down side of house) and our laundry can be used if you just let us know. The pool area has recently been renovated (Oct (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) to comply with local pool laws and is now ready for use. The cottage is perfect for a couple but can also accommodate a family with a small child or 3 people with one person sleeping on the floor. The cottage is studio style consisting of one large room containing a queen bed, kitchen, desk/TV and a table & chairs to eat at, plus adjacent bathroom. The kitchen is newly renovated with a bar fridge, convection microwave and gas top stove. The bathroom has also been completely renovated and has a heated towel rack. There is air-conditioning as well as a ceiling fan and a gas heater. It is a small but cozy space with a sunny courtyard of fresh herbs! You will have access to the guesthouse via the carport (which we will not be using during your stay). We ask however that you park in the street only and not in the carport. This is due to several cases of people reversing into our water pipes which are located inbetween our drive and our neighbour's. Check-in is after 3pm. Check-out is by 10am. Just let us know if you'd like arrive earlier or stay later. We are a family of 5 - three children and our dog. We are happy to help you in as little or as much as you would like during your stay. We live in a quiet neighbourhood in bushland on the northern fringe of Sydney with lots to explore at our doorstep. The weekends attract rockclimbers and bushwalkers alike with local wildlife abundant. The popular Great Northern Walk passes through Berowra. Berowra Waters is popular for kayaking and boating or just sitting at one of the waterside cafes. We are 3km from Berowra train station and 1.5km from the local shops. For a unique experience dine at the waters edge at the renowned Berowra Waters Inn. Accessible by water taxi only (arranged by the restaurant when booking). 10 min drive from the cottage.
