Nice house located in Aroeira golf resort, 2 Km from the beach and 25 Km from Lisbon. Tennis courts, spa, playground, shopping centre, bars & restaurants, all inside the resort. The place itself is integrated in a privileged area of protected pine forest, the ideal place to enjoy nature and for long walks. My House has plenty of natural light. The ground flour is very spacious and open space, 2 sitting rooms,dining room and a fireplace corner. The 3 upstairs rooms all have a balcony. I provide the basic such as bed linen and towels. Shampoo and bath gel also provided. Please note that Wi-Fi is available just on the ground-flour. The garden has a private pool and a big awning so that you can enjoy meals, drinks, reading and relax. There is a barbecue in the backyard. There are two 18-hole championship golf courses, a golf school, a friendly clubhouse with snack-bar, bar and golf shop, as well as apartments and villas, tropical swimming pool, four tennis courts, playground, shopping mall and a hotel is under construction. The estate is ring fenced, has gatehouses and a round-the-clock security service. These features make Herdade da Aroeira the ideal place to live or spend a deserved holiday playing golf, relaxing and getting in touch with nature while remaining close to a capital city teeming with life. The house is about 1,2 Km from the front gate where the supermaket and restaurant are located, so you if you don't have a transportation, you'll have to walk. car recomended
