Renovations and updates to this charming cottage such as a split AC/heat system, washer and dryer (upon request), period kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and a relaxing dock are sure to enhance your comfort and enjoyment as you take in all the beauty our lake has to offer. Middle Bolton Lake is a superb recreational lake and is in the beautiful woods of Tolland County Connecticut. Numerous town and state parks exist nearby- providing many opportunities for hiking, biking, fly-fishing, nature watching, and geological exploration. As our guests, you will have complete, private use of the property and there is ample parking for 2-3 cars. Please note that the sloped terrain of this property and stone stairwells may not be as easily accessible for some individuals. Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have. Vintage Bolton Lake is a historical gem and a part of our Lakefront Lifestyle collection of rental properties. Keys are provided in a lock box via self check-in. Your hosts (Adam, Jason and Xavier) reside just a few houses away and are available via phone and in person to make sure your stay is truly relaxing and enjoyable. Our neighborhood is peaceful and resort-like, yet only 10-15 minutes from great restaurants, shops and activities like the Coventry farmer's market and state parks. Our cottage is equipped with a guide book detailing area dining, activities and relevant amenities. Your hosts are also happy to provide any additional suggestions upon request.
