Located in a quiet beachside suburb , 300m to the ocean just a short stroll down the hill. This fully independent flat has its own private access, it is located behind the triple garages with a private entrance to the left hand side of the property. Air conditioning , lounge , bedroom , kitchen and bathroom . Adjacent to our main family home it's very modern with great public transport locally to the rail and bus system. Please note this is no smoking and has only 1 car space available Spacious family room, with full kitchen including washing machine, oven and microwave. Bedroom with queen bed and bathroom with shower. No outside space but there is a washing line for your private use. Wonder down the hill and enjoy an evening meal at the local beachside café or 500m in the other direction is a small local shopping centre including a supermarket and pub. Free welcome hamper on arrival. Unlimited WIFI. Street parking only outside the property for one vehicle. Access is via the side of the main house, to the left via a large gate the unit is located behind the garages. Yes , we live in the main house adjacent to the annex ... We have 3 children who all go to school and 4 cats :-) A very nice quiet beachside suburb , walking distance to shops , buses and the beach . You can hear the ocean at night ! Located 30 min Car journey north of Perth around 28km from the CBD. The local bus stop is at the end of the street which connects to the main train line into Perth at Butler train station or to Clarkson train station in the other direction, the beach is 200m away and an easy stroll to the supermarket, pub and local Dome restaurant/cafe. The only parking is on the road :-) there is a small outside courtyard with washing line and seating. Upon arrival there will be a free welcome hamper provided with basic supplies to make your stay more enjoyable although the local supermarket is a short 500m walk away. The unit and grounds are strictly no smoking and no pets allowed.
