This fully self contained unit is part of a newly renovated home. Can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. It has 2 bedrooms that lead into a spacious lounge/dining area. A brand new modern kitchen and bathroom complete the unit. A eurobed and linen can be provided on request. In a quaint town with beautiful views and even more extraodinary beaches to explore. This unit is great for a family or romantic getaway. If you have any questions please contact the host. The unit has a front patio and a nice dining area out the back with a BBQ to have that all Australian experience. To create that home away from home atmosphere we have provided all the amenities you would normally have including wifi, comfortable lounge, coffee and tea, milk, bread, butter and cereal. The kitchen stocked with all the utensils you may need and even a few books and games for you to use if you desire. Laundry is shared but I will be very considerate when I do washing. Extra towels can be provided for the beach if required. This unit is fully self contained and is located below my home that I reside in. I live a very active life working full time and caring for my home. I like to get out and about on the weekends. I am very responsive to messages and encourage guest to contact me if there are any questions. The home is in a very safe area of Yeppoon, it is generally quiet and relaxing. Buses do run frequently each day around Yeppoon and surrounding beaches as well as going to and from Rockhampton. Taxies are also available. Yeppoon is around 40 kms from Rockhampton so transport would be required for that trip. But once you have arrived, walking and buses would be adequate to move around the area and explore some of the lovely beaches. There is a small shopping complex about 5 minutes walk from home. There is a grocery store, butcher, bakery, alcohol outlet, hairdresser, seafood and pizza shops plus a doctors surgery and chemist in this complex. The beach is located within a 15 minute walk from the home. A Youngs Bus Service Stop is located within a 15 minute walk as well. Yeppoon has a modern, recently completed foreshore water play areas for both children and adults. There are many restaurants located on the foreshore and in the main street area. Day trips to the islands are available from Rosslyn Bay Harbour.
