Keyless entry for your convenience. This is a completely private apartment on the garden level of our home. It has a small kitchen, full bathroom and good size bedroom and closet. This area of Evanston is very cute and safe. It's a quiet street, but close to the Metra and to shops on Central Street. You can grab an Uber to downtown Evanston if you want a lot more options. Central Street has coffee shops, bakery, sandwich shops, pubs, a wine bar, public library, etc. You will enjoy your stay and have lots to do! You have full access to the apartment. It has a separate entry and its own free parking space out back. I am happy to chat with you and say hello! Our family lives upstairs and I'm sure you will see us around...taking the kids to activities or working on the yard. Neighborhood is very friendly and lots of delicious restaurants and things to do. Public transportation is about an 8 minute walk - very convenient if you want to go to the City of Chicago. Its about a 20 minute ride and the Metra is very comfortable and temperature controlled. If you have a car and want to explore Evanston, there is so much to see.
