Red Trilo: a panoramic in woods, next to the sea

It is just a few kilometres away from our amazing seaside, and only 500 m away from the little village (San Pantaleo) where it is located. Red Trilo's features (5 sleeps): The rooms are comfortable and well furnished, and the main cooking and cleaning equipment is supplied: -1 bedroom with one double bed, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (2 of them are bunk-type beds); -1 bathroom with water basin, shower, toilet, bidet; a 2nd bathroom with water basin and toilet; -living room with dining side and sitting/TV side; -annexed open kitchen (gas oven, freezer-refrigerator, small microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine); -independent access to the apartment. Overall internal surface: 65 m2. Outside area and equipment: a) veranda (20 m2) on the panoramic side of the building, equipped with a motor-driven sunblind offering shade over the main entrance area with outside table and armchairs; b) private garden (120 m2) on the panoramic front; c) reserved parking space in shaded car park inside the Residence grounds; d) natural park (5000 m2) reserved exclusively for the Residence; - Air conditioning (summer/winter) in bedrooms and in the sitting-dining area. - Radiators in bathrooms for use in colder seasons. - Warm water from gas boiler. - TV set and CD/DVD reader. Red Trilo: the apartment is exclusive for the guest, with its own entrance, its own veranda, its garden and its shaded parking. The Residence estate (9000 sqm), fenced and including inside the parking area and a natural wood, is common to all guests of the Residence (9 apartments). A lady resident in the village (Key Holder) has the task of receiving the Customers, accompany them to the residence and assist them, if necessary, during their stay. Located in Gallura, the region in the extreme North of Sardinia (with intensely green bushes and fantastic granite rocks), S. Pantaleo is a quiet village, well away from the summer road traffic of the coast-line (5 km) and only 20 km from the town of Olbia (harbour, international airport). High above the sea level (170 m) and in the middle of the Costa Smeralda promontory, S.Pantaleo is well placed in a healthy and relaxing atmosphere of a hillside close to the surroundings main beaches of the area, all reachable within a range of 5-15 km. The village is close (5 km) to the resort of Portisco on the coast, where all services orientated to a sporting holiday can be found: a large tourist harbour where it is possible to rent a boat or a scooter, berth a yacht or play tennis, as well as find shops, cafés, restaurants, a hotel, and enjoy the local beach. Starting from S. Pantaleo, many great international resorts can be easily reached: Porto Rotondo (18 km), Porto Cervo (14 km), Baia Sardinia and Poltu Quatu (14 km), Palau and the archipelago of La Maddalena (24 km). From S. Teresa di Gallura (45 km) regular ferry services (50’) depart for Corsica. Other landmarks: Olbia (20 km): the main city in the area: airport, commercial harbour, hospital, shopping centers and other services. Arzachena (14 km): nearest town: supermarkets, street market on Wednesday, archeology. Cannigione (14 km): marina town with shops and beaches. Abbiadori (12 km): a small place with 4 supermarkets. To enjoy the surroundings you need a car. Anyway the village is served by a bus line, direction Olbia or Arzachena. The bus stop is inside the village, 500 m from the Residence. The Residence is only 500 m from the center of San Pantaleo, 5 km from the sea. The village is inhabited all year round and offers all the main useful services: grocery, pharmacy, post office, ATM, fuel station, newspapers, cafes, hotels, restaurants, pizzerias and a popular weekly craft market. It is 20 km from Olbia, main town of the area (commercial port and international airport) and 14 km from Arzachena, another town with large services.
