Bailey River House

Spacious 3 BR 2 bath home. The master bedroom has a king bed. The other 2 guest rooms have queen beds. The extra bonus room has 2 cots , full sofa sleeper and a full cabinet Murphy bed. The home is fully stocked with EVERYTHING you need. NO PETS and NO SMOKING inside the home, especially Marijuana. There will be a $100 fee if we smell it. Believe me we CAN smell it! Parties & events not allowed until further notice. Airbnb has a global ban of no more than 16 people allowed on the property. This private home is truly a home away from home that you will never want to leave. The entire home is fully stocked with everything you need. You will be close to shopping and restaurants. The area is also known for the 31 local wineries and 16 breweries. We feature 2 draft micro brews from the local Brewery Two Shy in the private pub inside the home (take a sip leave a tip). You will have full access to the entire home, property and river. However, you may only use NON MOTORIZED water toys on the river. This is a HOA rule were only home owners can use this private part of the river for their own boats. If we get a complaint from a neighbor we will have to ask you to leave due to a fine we may incur. There is a NO PET policy for this property. Let's avoid this awkward conversation if you bring your pet with you. We're just a phone call away if you need anything. There are 31 local wineries and 16 breweries to enjoy on your stay. This property is located above the Winchester Dam on the North Umpqua river which is famous for salmon fishing. Adult fish can be observed swimming upstream through a fish-way (kids love this). Amacher Park is just down the street where your kids can play. We all love traveling with our pets. However, this property does not allow pets. There is a HOA policy that guests can only use NON MOTORIZED boats/water toys. Sorry, NO boats unless you use oars. NO SMOKING, especially Marijuana. Marijuana or any other drugs for recreational use are not allowed on the property! We know, we know... it is legal here. However, we have a No Drug Policy on this property. The odor is hard to get out and other guests may not enjoy the smell. There will be a $100 fee if we smell it. Believe me we CAN smell it! Please note that after 4 guests there is an additional fee of $20/day per guest. This is due to the extra clean up/laundry and trash disposal. We will only make up the 3 beds for 4 guests. So if you bring extra guests without reservations there will be no bedding for them.
