Stonewell Cottage, Hepworth

Our cosy little cottage is located in the tranquil village of Hepworth, on the edge of the Peak District and perfect for those wanting to take a break in the countryside. Surrounded by great views, scenic walks and many biking trails. Close to the pretty town of Holmfirth, more famously known for last of the summer wine and packed with a large variety of wine bars, pubs and good restaurants. The cottage is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers and biking/hiking enthusiasts. Stonewell cottage has an enclosed sitting out-area at the front with table and chairs and a barbecue and wonderful views. There is a cosy living area with a log burning stove and an adjoining fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor is a bright double bedroom with a fabulous en suite and large walk-in shower. The cottage is completely private but attached to our family home so we are never too far away if you need help with anything. Guests can access all of the cottage property. As our family home is next door we are readily available to help or can be contacted easily by phone. Village shop a short walk away for basic provisions. Walking distance to several country pubs. Two miles from Holmfirth centre, home to many bars and restaurants, as well as the popular Picturedrome venue which attracts an array of musical and sporting events. For those wanting to venture further afield - Manchester, Leeds and Sheffield are all within 50 minutes drive of the cottage. The cottage is also situated close to a bus route for Holmfirth area and Huddersfield.
