Private suite, bedroom bathroom & sittinf room In the center of Paignton, 500meters from the beach, all amenities nearby. very large clean double bedroom , large bathroom and private sitting room on first floor in Victorian house .2 x 50"smart freeview television,sheets/towels, own adjacent large bathroom with bath and double shower, also sitting room again . Plenty off road parking. Close to bus and train station, theatre cinema and lots of restaurants . Lots of beautiful places to visit As it is your suite, plenty of room, siuated on first floor, large freeview television, in bedroom and sittingroom, fridge and safe in your bedroom, tea and coffee facilities, linel and towels provided ,wifi throughout the house. Any way we can make you stay more comfortable we will do our best to accommodate just ask. The garden isnt large but it is a suntrap and there is a bbq and loungers town centre, beach, restaurants , cinema, all 5/10min walk on the flat. theatre is 5 mins (although still closed due to covid. bus station, train station and taxi rank all 5 minute walk including the famous steam train and ferry doing the round robin route. We have off road secure parking at the house so no worries there As well as english, I am fluent in french, and very limited spanish. anything you need to know or if I can be of assitance, dont hesitate to ask. in the heart of paignton, on a quiet road, all amenities to hand, paignton theatre is a 5 minute walk, as are the cinema and superb restaurants. the train station is 5 minute walk which provides the famous "Round Robin" journey where you can travel paignton, dartmouth and totnes on steam train, ferry , bus taking advantage of the beautiful scenery here in devon. Torquay and brixham are stones throw away and accessable also by public transport, which runs every 10 minutes in summer. Paignton Zoo is is also walking distance. The beach is 500metres from the house, there is just so much to do and places to visit. Devon is such a beautiful place, whatever your looking for you will find it close by! parking is on the drive which is closed and secure by electric gates. central position, walk to beach restaurants, cafes, cinema, theatre, library, shops, bus station, train station, taxi rank all a short walk away. torquay brixham, preston, babbacomb, teinmouth, dawlish, cockington and many more are all easily accessable
