Cosy studio in the quiet northern Hobart suburb of Lutana. MONA - 12 mins drive. CITY - easy 15 mins drive . Please note: We are in the suburbs. It is NOT walking distance into city. The studio is nestled under the main house, with a private bathroom (shower, no bath) and private entrance. There is a microwave, toaster, kettle and small fridge, but please note there are no other kitchen facilities. The room has a fantastic view of Mount Wellington/kunanyi, and backs onto a reserve. Street parking is available, and there is a short flight of stairs off the street (in case stairs are a problem). Basics like a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster are provided - but please note**There is no kitchen sink, only the bathroom sink for washing up.** The apartment was built in the 70s, so there is a little quirk! The door to the bathroom is a foldaway which you can see in the photo, works fine but might not be what you are used to! Currently there is NO TV available in the apartment. There is a wonderful decked area in the backyard- an old swimming pool has been converted to an entertaining area - and guests are welcome to make the most of the wonderful views. Don't hesitate to come to me if you need something, but otherwise I will leave you alone to enjoy your space. Street parking in front of house.
