Westside/Argyle home within walking distance of Walmart, Costco, Starbucks, and various food places. Private room with twin bed. Private bathroom. Open kitchen and living room area. Wifi. Only excepting females at this time. In your room, you will find a small TV connected to an antenna with local channels ONLY. No cable. There is also a foldable table in the closet to use at your leisure for work or study. You may freely use kitchen (must immediately clean after yourself), microwave, refrigerator, and air fryer. You are welcome to place your non-perishables in your room. However, please keep your room free of open spilling containers/food. In the garage, you will find 2 bins: yellow top is for recycle and black is for your regular garbage. You are welcome to park on the LEFT side of my garage or the street. I'm a private person, so I will give you your space as well. However, I will answer any questions you may have. I'm normally available throughout the day . I'm within walking distance of many shops, so take a stroll...Also easy access to 295 interstate I'm within walking distance of many shops and eating places. Of course Uber/Lyft is always an option. Free parking.
