Sonnleiten Haus Apartment, Hinterthal

Haus sonnleiten is a traditional apartment building in the centre of the picturesque village of Hinterthal in the Hochkonig mountain region. We have a two bedroomed apartment available to let all year round, central to all amenities with pistes just a few steps from the front door. The village has ski hire shops, ski school, nursery slope, bars and restaurants, a church and childrens play area. Hinterthal has lots to offer in both summer and winter, surrounded by lakes, mountains and forests. The apartment is situated in a traditional Austrian apartment block, there is an entrance hallway with a small bedroom with bunk beds to the right and the main bathroom to the left, fitted with a WC, basin and bath tub with a hand shower. Ahead, is the main living area with kitchen and dining facilities to the right and lounge/TV area to the left, the sofa pulls out into a spacious double bed for additional sleeping. There are patio doors leading onto a terrace area with table and chairs and views over the gardens and mountains. To the left of this room is a small alcove room with a futon sofabed and leading on from that is the main bedroom with en-suite shower room, this also has patio doors which open onto a wooden balcony. The total apartment area is around 66 square metres. There is shared, heated boot room on the same floor and a laundry room with washing and drying facilities, directly opposite the entrance to the apartment. The washing machine meter takes 50 cent coins and gives a couple of washes. There is free guest parking at the front of the building. Access is via the main door at the side, there are no time restrictions, guests can come and go as they please. Use the bottom lock on the main entrance door. The apartment is on the next level down. Our housekeeper lives in the village and will be on hand if there is anything that you may need help with during your stay, her number will be provided. Otherwise you can contact me directly. Hinterthal is a lovely traditional mountain village, it has some beautiful walks with breathtaking scenery. There are some good hotels and restaurants with excellent food and wine choices, the local people are friendly and accommodating, there is lots to do and see for all ages and abilities. Busses run regularly throughout the region, taxi's are easily accessible and there is a train station at Saalfelden, our nearest town. The apartment is located in the centre of the village and within close walking distance to all amenities.
