Chalet garden house on our Dartmoor smallholding (near North Bovey). Perfect stay for walkers/ cyclists and in close proximity to the Dartmoor Way. Ideal for exploring local pubs and attractions. Sorry no pets! We have animals and dogs on site. Hotel suite style accommodation with underfloor heating, porch, living room, fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle (no kitchen). Wet room, 1 bedroom-ONE DOUBLE BED, wardrobe. Parking on site. MAXIMUM OF 2 ADULTS ONLY- unsuitable for children and infants. Hotel ensuite type accommodation. Continental breakfast is supplied french press for coffee. We also provide a loaf of fresh home baked bread. Microwave and mini fridge. kettle and toaster, no kitchen. TV, DVD player and Anker Bluetooth mini speaker. Eateries in local villages are good for hearty meals. Cyclists are welcome to store bikes in secure garage. Free Wifi. Guests are guaranteed a warm welcome! Tourist information available in chalet. In the beautiful Dartmoor National Park (near North Bovey). We are 3 miles from Moretonhampstead village centre where there are bus routes, cafes, shops and car parks. Launderette facilities available in Moretonhampstead village. Nearest pub is a 30 minute walk on nearby footpath. We are situated in a great rural location with lots of wonderful walking routes. We are 3 miles outside of Moretonhampstead where you will find shopping amenities so advisable to have your own transport or good walking boots! Bus services from Moretonhampstead Court St car park, routes to Newton Abbot, Okehampton and Exeter. It is difficult to find local taxis or book one locally,most come from Exeter or Newton Abbot. we are very rural, no reliable local taxis service. 3 miles walk from village centre or 10 mins drive. Nearest pub 30/40 mins walk on bridle way or 5 mins drive. We have a smallholding and have chickens with cockerels from which we sell eggs at the gate. In Spring we have orphan bottle fed lambs and often a couple of piglets.
