Between Gland and Rolle a charming apartment in Bursinel, the well known village for its luxury houses, vineyards and for accommodating Winston Churchill in 1946. The apartment includes a bathroom with an Italian shower and WC, a separate WC for guests, fully equipped kitchen, living room and dinning area. The balcony has a view on the lake and the mountains and the bedroom's window is looking at the green field and forest. The flat will make you feel incredibly peaceful, it's very illuminated and cozy with modern furniture. The area is ideal for nature lovers and people looking for a quiet place near the nature but not far from the city. There are many sport opportunities around such as amazing trails for hiking and biking, water sports, horse riding etc. Lake/beach - 4 minutes walk Gland- 8 minute drive or a 13 minute bike ride Rolle- 6 minute drive or a 13 minute bike ride Lausanne - 20-25 minute drive Geneva - 25-30 minute drive Public transport: the bus stop is in front of the building which goes to Rolle and Gland train stations. Parking: There is some free parking on the road and a large, covered town centre car park just next door.
