The master bedroom includes ensuite with balcony views over the marina. Keep an eye out for our resident dolphins while out walking along the marina. NO parties or events, for booked guests only. The property is not set up for very young children. The property has stairs and balconies. The property has a walled private garden with seating area. Enjoy your morning coffee/tea, watch the boats or just sit back and enjoy your favourite book. Amenities include laundry with washing machine, reverse cycle air-conditioning, fully functional kitchen with dishwasher, coffee pod machine, tea, coffee with a small amount of staples supplied. Own private front door We are not located on site, but are nearby should guests need anything during their stay. Guests can always contact us by phone should they have any questions, as we are always happy to help and want guests to have an enjoyable stay. The property is situated on the marina, which has a private gate to the marina. The path takes you on lovely walks around the marina. Keep a look out for the dolphins. The property is 200 meters to a selection of eateries which include Sailmaster Tavern Restaurant, Italian Restaurant, Indian Restaurant, chicken shop and coffee shop. The property is also near the CYCSA Cruising Yacht Club, which is 3 minutes by car 1.6 km. RSAYS Royal South Australian Yacht Squadron, which is 4 minutes by car 2.0 km. The area has lovely beaches near by. North Haven train station is 600 metres. The Peninsula has many attractions, Port Adelaide with its dolphin cruises, weekend markets, seaside Semephore and a direct 35 minutes train ride to Adelaide city centre. North Haven station 600 metres that takes you direct to the city centre of Adelaide with its many attractions such as museums, botanical gardens, art gallery, Adelaide Oval, Adelaide Central Market, Adelaide Zoo and Adelaide Festival Centre to name but a few.
