Surrounded by olive trees and beautiful views of the lake, you'll find Oliveview, a peaceful and comfortable apartment which is the perfect home for your holiday on Lake Garda. A stone's throw away from the spectacular Varone waterfalls and just 3 km north of Riva del Garda, you'll find yourselves close to biking and hiking tracks. In the apartment, you'll have access to a living room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a balcony. Oliveview is located in the more rural and hilly area of this region, a few minutes away from all the main town centers in Alto Garda. It is also very close to cycling tracks and paths. The area is very quiet that, some evenings, you can hear the sound of the waterfalls. The apartment, on the first floor, is at your absolute disposal. There is a spacious living room, with a studio and a dining room, a furnished kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one 160 x 200 bed and two 80 x 200 beds, which can be commuted to one 160 x 200 bed), a spacious balcony with lake view and a bathroom with a shower. There is air conditioning and an autonomous heating system. Kitchen: an electric hob, dishwasher, oven, kettle, espresso maker, coffee maker, coffee and tea provided, dishes and cutlery. The apartment also provides a TV with amazon prime video, hairdryer, bed sheets, towels, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and other bathroom accessories. We have a big garden where you can sunbathe and eat out in the fresh air. We offer covered car parking spaces, also for bikes, and there is also an enclosed storage space. You can enter the property via an automated gate. I and my partner, Nicola, live in the apartment on the ground floor with our cat Penny and puppy Lupita, therefore we are always at your disposal. Please do not hesitate to ask about any problems or information about where to visit and eat in the area. From the main square in Varone, you can reach the Palafiere within 3 minutes by car or 15 by foot. In the surrounding area there are some restaurants: ‘L’Albergo pizzeria Varone’, ‘Le foci da Rita’ and others renowned restaurants famous for serving the local speciality, la carne salada, such as ‘l’Acetaia’ and ‘Trattoria Piè di Castello’ a Cologna, reachable by foot. If you are a cycler you couldn't ask for better, right behind the apartment there are hairpin turn roads that lead to Tenno, and its lake, old villages such as Canale, and further on, San Pietro and the mountain cottage, Grassi. Every place is within distance by foot on the breathtaking walking paths that offer you great panoramic views.
