Villa Le Macchie is immersed in the tranquility of an uncontaminated and fascinating natural environment, just 1.5 km from the picturesque seaside village of Marina di Novaglie with small fish restaurants and a small and refined beach club. Villa Le Macchie is situated in a splendid area, it is surrounded by a large Mediterranean garden and has a pool (5*10 m) and a direct access to the sea. The villa is built on two levels and the first level has the typical star shaped vaulted ceilings. 1° Level:The living area offers a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, dishwasher and a small service bathroom, a dining room with a table with seating for (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) people, fireplace and sea view and a living with sofas, armchairs, a table and a fireplace. Next to the living there is a terrace overlooking the sea equipped with a table with seating where it is possible to have lunch or dinner with the fragrances of the garden and a view of the Adriatic sea. The sleeping area consists of 4 double bedrooms, 2 with ensuite bathrooms with shower, a third bathroom is for the use of the other two bedrooms. There is also access from the living room, on one side, to a large lodge equipped with a table and chairs and, on the other side, to a beautiful terrace with sea view, equipped with sofas and armchairs. External stairs lead down to the second floor, which will remain closed, so to allow exclusive enjoyment of the property. The property is equipped with a washing machine. A shaded stone path which crosses through the pines, leads down to the sea, and a drop into the sea. There is a concrete platform, which is equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs and an umbrella. The pool with sea view and equipped area, is located on the back of the villa. The property offers shaded parking for two/three cars. The weekly prices include: housekeeping 3 hours twice a week (extra hours available on request, at € 7,00 per hour); water, gas and electricity consumption (up to a maximum of 150 kWh per week; overconsumption charged at € 0,35 per kWh); bed&bathroom linen, pool maintenance twice a week. Housekeeping service available on demand at € 9,00 per hour. End-of-stay cleaning is not included and will be charged € 200,00 to be paid upon arrival. The property can be rented also in winter time. The cost of central heating is not included in the weekly rental price and amounts to € 70 per day.
