Bedroom for one or two persons in central Israel

Centrally located in Raanana, 20 min ride to Tel Aviv, 60 min ride to Jerusalem. Our apt is one block away from Achuza street, the main street in Raanana. Excellent bus and train service to most of Israel. We are a retired couple (66, 68) that love nature, reading and conversing with people . Available bedroom has a 1.20x2.00 bed, A/C, work desk and closet; bedroom can be locked for privacy. Bathroom facilities also private. You will be sharing with us the kitchen, dining room and living room. Living room, dining room and kitchen are shared spaces. Within one block of the apt there is a supermarket, vegetable store, pizza, a fancy coffee shop (Roladin), a money exchange, book store, Office Depot, clothing stores and a bank (Leumi). There is ample public parking available within meters of the apt. A 10 minute drive from the apt there is a lovely park (Park Raanana) with its own lake and plenty of space to walk, picnic or play with children. The park also has a kosher restaurant.
