Our warm and inviting Heart of Ardmore home has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and sleeps 7 total! Perfect for exploring Ardmore on foot. You can walk to everything this charming town has to offer! Hop in your car and you are a short drive to Haverford College, Bryn Mawr College, Villanova University, Rosemont College.  Street parking and paid parking options available close by. Please note we have a 7 day minimum stay at this time! We also offer discounts for monthly stays. Please let us know if you are looking for a month to month rental. NO PARTIES or LOUD MUSIC. We have zero tolerance for noise disturbances. Violators of our quiet hours will be removed immediately with no refund. The home features an inviting and comfortable living area with a large screen TV, a beautiful dining area, and a comfortable updated full kitchen that overlooks the adorable backyard. The home has three bedrooms. Bedroom one faces the street and has a king bed and private full bathroom with tub/shower. Bedroom two has a king bed, large screen TV and a full bath that can also be accessed from the hallway. Bedroom three is on the third floor and has three twin beds. All bedrooms have large closets with a chest of drawers for storage. In the basement there is a full size washer and dryer! The entire house. Ardmore is described as a town with "small town charm with big-city attractions". Our home is located in the heart of Ardmore, so you feel the vibrancy of the town. We are two blocks from Lancaster Avenue and the Ardmore train station. The shops and restaurants in Suburban Square are a five minute walk. Explore downtown Philadelphia and all the historic sites without the hassle of driving into the city and parking. The train station is less than five minute walk and the R5 train has you downtown at 30th Street Station or Suburban Station in 25 minutes.
