Best of Both Worlds Studio Apartment

Our studio apartment is within walking distance to the Black Hill Conservation Park (which has stunning views as in photos), and public transport to the city centre. We live on a quiet no-through street with cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and amenities within a few minutes' drive away. The Studio Apartment is completely detached from our home ensuring your privacy and includes a kitchenette (microwave cooking only) and en-suite. Enjoy living among beautiful Australian gum trees and bushland conservation parks. We are close to Linear Park (River Torrens) with lovely walking/cycle trails all the way in to the city and beyond to the beach. We are also a 5 minute drive from the Morialta Falls with the many walking trails nearby within the Park. The CBD is only a 20 minute drive or a 30 minute bus ride. There are plenty of eating places and shopping facilities nearby. Guests will have access to their own private studio apartment with kitchenette and en-suite as well as a courtyard to sit and relax in which includes a hammock. You will have your own key and access the apartment through a gate at the back of our carport - no need to come through our home! We are very happy to be of assistance in any way possible, and available at times to collect you from venues/parks nearby if needed. Just ask! Our neighbourhood is surrounded by trees and parks and is in the foothills of Adelaide East. It is generally cooler in the summer than in the CBD and as we are on the edge of the city and on a no-through road, is a very quiet area. We have bus transport to the CBD (including the O-Bahn express part of the way) within a minute's walking distance from our home at certain times of the day, otherwise a 10 minute walk to all day buses. Undercover parking is available if required. A free bus is available to all AFL matches and Test cricket matches on presentation of your ticket. There is a locked coded keybox available if you arrive when we are out, and so it is important that you let us know of your approximate arrival time so that you can enter the apartment and make yourself at home. We provide a complimentary continental breakfast (cereal, toast etc) for the first 3 nights of your stay if you wish.
