New luxury holiday pod set on a scenic trout fishery. Our self catered pod has everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The pod comes with its own hot tub with stunning views of the fishing ponds. Climb the small ladder stairs and you’re in the upstairs bedroom which has a loft apartment feel.The pod comes with a king size bed and a sofa bed also a kitchenette with hob, oven, fridge, microwave and all the kitchen essentials We also have WIFI with Netflix included. Our newly built pod is the 4th of 6 which will ready for the rental market launching December 2019! Here at Arranview it’s perfect for that get-away for couples with stunning views and fields of farm animal around the site! Step inside through the one and only main entrance and you walk straight into the lounge area. It’s equipped with an L-shaped settee that also forms a double bed and it’s comfy too. There is a vaulted ceiling which creates a spacious feel, while a narrow window is fitted above the settee. There’s an electric stove-effect fire with fireplace, which has a 32’’ TV above it with Netflix installed . There’s storage here too so the lounge is pretty spacious. The kitchen is on the right and comes fully equipped e.g all crockey , pots & pans etc it also has good sized worktop with a pull out extending worktop for that extra space , there is also a 4 burner hob and full oven and grill ,Just above there’s a integrated microwave and there is also an integrated under counter fridge/freezer. There is also twin mains sockets plus LED under cabinet lighting. The flooring is bang on trend in a patterned tile effect. Behind the kitchen is another seating and dining area with a couple of windows to let in plenty of light.And there’s another 32’’TV here on the back wall. It’s a great little area for eating, socialising or for the kids to colour and play. There’s also a wardrobe under the stairs. From here you can reach the washroom, which consists of a large shower enclosure and loo, plus large handwash basin – it’s in a sizable area so allowing as a changing room too, if needed. There’s more good storage with a wall cupboard and vanity mirror and a shavers socket and a cupboard beneath the handwash basin. Bath towels are provided for your stay. Our pod offers ingenious compact living space packed with all the features for a comfortable stay! Usb points for easy charging of mobile devices are also fitted. Sit back and relax while watching a movie on Netflix or relax out on the decked area taking in the views in the hottub.. **No pets allowed** we only allow them in Pod 1&2 **Strictly no visitors or additional guests at anytime for the safety of our other guests any unauthorised people will be asked to leave immediately** All areas of the pod and it’s private Garden at the side. We have some nice cycle routes nearby or even go a walk around the back roads (maybe wear some hi vis clothing as there is no pavements) and take in the lovely countryside Please note that the holiday pod is set on a trout fishery guests who wish to fish need to pay for a permit at the office and are not permitted to fish when the fishery closes! We also advise not to walk near the water when people are fishing as you could get hooked when the fishermen are casting! We also don’t allow smoking inside the pods or hot tub! If bringing kids they must be accompanied by an adult at all times due to the deep water we also have a small bait fishing pond for kids! This is a tranquil fishery noise should be kept to a minimum!
