Large loft storage area, plenty of closet space and kitchen storage including large pantry. Off street parking in cul-de-sac street that is a short walk to CBD and local amenities. Set within a private garden space, guest will have access to a private courtyard with seating and BBQ. Overlooking golf course and parkland with walking track only a few meters away. Goulburn is a railway town - so the train line does run along the property side boundary - with minimal passenger train and freight trains that run on the line. We do have a dog and a cockatoo that live on the property. Seperate access to main house. BBQ and courtyard area. Host will only interact with guest if contacted via mobile phone - although close by if needed. Local shops, restaurants, clubs and entertainment. Local War Memorial, pool, hospital, sporting fields. Guest could easily take in the whole town and surrounding rural villages by car. A flat walk into CBD that would take 5 - 10 minutes. Parking for 1 x car off street. Flat walk to CBD and local amenities. Wetland area close by for those wish to engage in birds and animals in their natural habitats.
