The house is located directly on Günbatimi beach. The whole beach section is visible from the terrace. The terrace is fully furnished. The house has a kitchen-living room(clima). The kitchen is very modern and has been completely renovated - fully equipped. A small room with 2 single beds (can be extended to 3 if desired) and a small wardrobe offers space for 3 people. This room is however only for sleeping and running. The bathroom is compact with a shower. In front of the house is the famous Sabanci Caddesi which stretches along the entire beach promenade. The house is perfectly located to enjoy the best sunset. 50 meters further on is the main market for souvenirs and other souvenirs as well as hairdresser and clothing shops.
