Conveniently located on I-89 between Lake Champlain and the North East Kingdom, and equidistant between the scenic villages of Warren/Waitsfield and Stowe, Montpelier is the best place to stay for easy access to all the beautiful areas of northern Vermont. Since our home is on the property, we are available to answer questions between the hours of 9am and 5pm. We will be present, unless we let you know we are on vacation. Our neighborhood is one of the most treasured in town. Beautiful, well-maintained homes, very near a classic college green for sports and dog walking. The bonus of a small stream and glen behind the house is available for walking. Our amazing, small downtown is a 15 minute walk away. Central Vermont does have one local bus route that goes to the next town (Barre) and up to the regional hospital. AM and PM commuter bus goes to and from Burlington and Waterbury only twice a day.
