The apartment is housed in a charming, historical and totally renovated building. The flat is on the first floor with a private and common entrance to the building. It has one bedroom with a double bed, another with two single beds and a double mattress on a Mezzanine on the floor; two bathrooms; an american kitchen and a spacious living room . It also has a private garden and a small private fountain that works as a pool. It has air conditioning and central heating as well. It's located in the city center next to Largo do Rato square (10 minutes on walk to Bairro Alto and Chiado districts). You will have access to the whole flat, terrace and pool. Nothing is shared. You will be welcomed in person at the flat. On the neighborhood, you can find plenty of grocery stores, supermarket and typical restaurants. The Rato metro subway is one minute walk.
