Watergrist Mill Private Suite

Watergrist Mill Private Suite is an annexe attached to the owners property. It has its own entrance and its own private lounge. The lounge has a lovely inglenook fireplace and logburner. There is 1 large bedroom with a kingsize bed and en suite bathroom. You access the bedroom via a victorian spiral staircase. We supply a simple welcome pack breakfast of fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal and tea & coffee making facilities. This is supplied on your first day, in your fridge for you to help yourself. Watergrist Mill is an annexe to the main house. It has its own entrance from your patio through the double doors. The large lounge with inglenook fireplace is exclusively yours to use. There is a large TV here with BBC iPlayer, Netflix, Amazon and other catch up channels. There is also a pull out bed settee. Please let us know if this extra bed is required. There is a small fridge with your light breakfast welcome pack ingredients, including milk. You have a kettle and coffee maker with a few teabags and coffee. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. There is a king size bed. There is also a single z- bed in the bedroom. Please let us know if this bed is required. We supply bedding and bath towels. We have off street free parking in front of your unit. We can offer a lock up for bicycles. There are 2 steps into the property. The bedroom is up the spiral staircase (see photos). There is a small step down to the bedroom. There is a small step up to the bathroom from the bedroom. If we are around, we will meet you in the drive to welcome you. If we aren't here or it is later than 8 pm then we ask you to 'self check in' and use the keysafe to let yourselves in. Any queries, then please don't hesitate to ask. After your arrival, we don't enter the property again until after you have checked out. Our property's boundary is the River Wye, which you can access from the property( down the by-way) for paddling, swimming, fishing(day licence required) or just viewing. There are some small deck chairs in your cupboard to carry down to the river, to sit and enjoy your glass of wine or cup of coffee. The river is very popular for canoeists during canoe season. We see many disembarking and using the byway next to our property. We are also a 1 minute walk from the Bike Pump park in Rhayader. The town with its shops, pubs and other eateries is just a couple of minutes walk up the road. Elan valley reservoirs are either a 5 minute drive, 20 minute cycle or 1 hour walk along an off road track. Llandrindod Wells, Builth Wells and Llanidloes are all about a 20 minute drive. Your welcome pack awaits you on arrival and is made up of simple breakfast items as described. We also supply a full basket of logs if you wish to have a fire. We do not service your room as we feel that the suite is yours to enjoy at your leisure. If you require a quick service and fresh towels after your third day then we are very happy to do so.
