Chadstone shopping centre is just around the corner. There is also East Malvern golf course a short walk away. The east Malvern train station is a 2 minute walk down the street. You can be in the city in 15 min. This is a fantastic family friendly area. There is a train at the end of the street (100m) that is on the Glen Waverley line. This will have you into the city in 15m. There is a bus out the front that takes you to Camberwell and to Chadstone (if you don't want to walk) There is a iconic Melbourne Tram 1km walk up the hill. This tram will take you to St Kilda beach. Our house is a great house that has fantastic feeling as soon as you walk in the door. We leave all of our things in the pantry and kitchen draws so you won't have to be buying things for cooking if you only need a little bit. Staying at our house is like staying at a friends house. We trust that you will respect it as you would your own. We have a no party policy and respect our beautiful neighbours.
