Guest Pavilion in the City Center (Zentrum)

Hi, welcome to Zentrum, it's a private guest pavilion on our house, located at Sosrowijayan street at the very centre of Yogyakarta. 3 minutes easy walk from the famous Malioboro Street, and 5 minutes walk from the Yogyakarta Main Train Station. The access to my property is very convenient, whether you use personal transportation or public transportation. The property itself comes in minimalist concept, simple clean and comfortable. Look forward to having you here in Zentrum :) This Guest Pavilion located in right in the heart of the city. You may access many tourists area in the city conveniently. We provide 1 King Sized Bed (180cm x 200cm) as a standard and an optional extra bed(s) is available and subject to an additional fee. The property is clean, comfy, air conditioned and 100% non-smoking room. Located next to the main house and it has a private access. There are no room services, but the host are more than happy to assist and ensure you have a great stay at our property. For guest who bring personal vehicles, we provide a free of charge parking space for your car, motorbike, or bicycle. However, please advise the host in advance if you need parking. Host are located on the next house, so whenever you need a little help, we will be more than happy to assist. Most of us speaks English. Located in the Sosrowijayan (3 minutes walk from the famous Malioboro Street), the property perfectly situated in the heart of tourist area. You'll find everything that you need to support your stay in Jogja easily, from food, groceries, or souvenirs all are accessible within minutes from this area. The easiest way to stroll around the city is using ride-hailing services such as Grab or Go-Jek. Around my area, the availability of those services are 24/7, The property itself is easy to find and located on the main road. Finding a ride won't be a problem. If needed, the host can provide a scooter (Vespa LX 150) for rent, or a car (7 seaters) to accommodate your trips around the city. The car come with a driver and gas/fuel and already included in the rental fees. Please make reservations in advance if you wish to book a scooter/car. The room measurement is approximately 22sqm, which is quite spacious for two or even up to four people. You are expected to maintain reasonable level of noise especially after 9PM.
