NO EVENTS. 10 person max at all times. 3- block walk to a small shared lake and near a host of lovely spots: Breweries/Wineries, Dunes, Three Oaks, Frisbee Golf, and more. A gas fireplace for cold winter nights, an outdoor firepit, a hammock, grill, and outdoor seating/camping chairs. A short walk to the Nowhere Bar & Grill for great local food! For transportation to/from Notre Dame games, inquire within for a more customized experience. Only 1 hour 15 minutes from Chicago. Sleeps 8 comfortably. We do not allow weddings/special events. By renting this cottage you are agreeing to the following rules: 1.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. 2.) You and your guests are using our home at your own risk. We will not be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost/stolen items. 3.) No more than 10 people on the property at ANY given time. If additional people are found to be staying at the house the entire group will be asked to vacate with no refund 4.) Do not move the furniture. 5.) Pets are not permitted. If a pet is on the property then there will be a $150 fee and immediate boarding will be required. 7.) Damages are to be reported during your stay. If we find damage after you vacate, you authorize the charge to your credit card for replacement or repair. 8.) Cleaners will come to the cottage after you have departed. If you are not satisfied let us know immediately and we will rectify. 9.) Grills are to be cleaned after each use. 10.) Quiet time is after 11pm nightly. We do not tolerate loud groups and college like parties anytime of the day or night. 11.) You are at least 25 years old and will be able to verify with valid identification during your stay if needed. 12.) Weddings and formal events are NOT permitted on our properties, if there is found to be a formal event on the property the entire group will be asked to vacate the property with no refund. It is acceptable to have visitors during the day hours (not exceeding 10). Entire home. Available nearby 24/7 The neighborhood is very remote, so the nearest store is 15 minutes roughly. We are located near a really adorable little dive bar with fantastic food, but everything else is a hike. So please keep that in mind when rating us for location.
