My house is located in the small village of Bella Farnia, inside a residential area, 10 minutes driving to the beatuiful beach and town of Sabaudia, the Circeo's national Park and the city of Latina. The House has 2 gardens divided by a nice patio where you can easily have lunch or dinner o prepare a good barbecue. Ground floor: sitting room with flat screen TV, a sofa bed and kitchen. First floor: 2 bedrooms and one bathroom with shower. AirCo provided in the bedrooms.
