The Old Stable, a cosy rural retreat.
Relax and unwind in this modern and cosy annex with your own private facilities including a spacious and secluded garden, modern well-equipped kitchen, sitting room, bedroom and shower room. Located in the rural village of Woolfardisworthy (also known as Woolsery), where the Farmers Arms pub, local grocers and a fish and chip shop are a convenient short walk along the street. It is a couple of miles from the north coast and nearby to the popular surf beaches and coastal towns. The annex has it's own private access and parking is directly outside on the drive. There's space to store bikes, kayaks and boards. If you need anything during your stay please let me know either call or come and knock on the door. A great base for the South West Coastal Path, Clovelly, the Hartland Peninsular area of outstanding beauty, the Tarka Trail, Rosemoor RHS Gardens and, of course, the many beaches along the north coast. We are situated on the main street of a village approximately 1.5 miles from the A39, also known as the Atlantic Highway. You can buy provisions in the well stocked village store, take out from the popular fish and chip shop or drink and dine in The Farmer's Arms pub. Bideford is the nearest town and Bude is also not far. We are an ideal location if you prefer to be slightly away from the tourist crowds!
