Entire house, refurbished 2019 , city center

ENJOY THE COMFORT of a spacious & well equipped guest house - fully refurbished in 2018/2019. Do you want to savour the privacy of a detached house with the comfort of a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living room & quiet bedrooms? This house offers all this and is located in the center of Amersfoort (5 min. walking distance to the old city center & 20 min. to the station). Amersfoort is a lively city with events all year round & a fantastic starting point to explore all major cities in NL. The guest house can host comfortably up to 5 (+1) people and is suitable also for families. As we enjoy comfort when travelling, we have chosen the interior and facilities of the house with care. The KITCHEN has induction cooking, a microwave, oven, dishwasher, a Nespresso machine with milk froster and almost all you need to prepare a tasty meal. In the LIVING ROOM there is a TV and WIFI connection. The BEDS are all equipped with high quality mattresses and down blankets. The master bedroom has a bed for 2 people (160x200) and a sofa bed (160x200). The additional separate bedroom has 2 separate beds (80x200). The sofa in the living room can be used as an additional bed for a child, if wished. The BATHROOM offers a rain shower and a separate toilet. There are big windows in every room that makes the house LIGHT flooded and provides a pleasant atmosphere. The LOCATION of the house is in the backyard of our garden, so we are just around the corner in case you need something and as there is no direct access to the road, it is quiet day and night. You can make use of our WASHING machine and DRYER for a small charge - please let us know in advance if you want to make use of this service. For CHILDREN we have a travel bed for babies, a high chair (Trip trap), books, games and plenty more. We are a bi-lingual family (GERMAN/DUTCH) with 2 children, 6 and 8 years old. We also speak ENGLISH (Fluent) and FRENCH (Basic). We like to travel and explore other cultures and cities ourself - so let us know what you are interested in and we make sure you will have a pleasant stay! The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood (no direct access to main road) and within walking distrance to the old city center (5 min.) and to the station (20 min. by foot, 5 min by bus). 3-5 min walking bring you to the Randenbroek PARK where you can do your daily exercise, enjoy a walk along the riverside or your kinds can play at a playground. The park integrates seamless into a NATURE RESERVOIR, ideal for e.g. jogging and play for kids in nature (nature playground with water pump). You can easily get around anywhere easily: IN WALKING DISTANCE The city center and station are in walking distance, there are several bus lines at our house (2 min waking distance). TRAIN The are direct train connections to main cities e.g. Amsterdam 34 min Utrecht 14 min Rotterdam and Den Haag 57 min And of course: biking brings you to almost any place too!
