Only 10' walking distance to commuter station and easy access to grab public transportation. Major public facilities e.g banks, ATM, doctor clinic, pharmacy, mosque, laundry, salon are available nearby. You can experience variety of culinary (local & international), entertainment and sport in one place. The apartment has 2 BR in 33 m2 space, but only 1 room is used as bed room, the other room can be functioned as study room, praying room or storage room for your baggage. Suitable for business travellers who'd like to stay in "feel at home" accomodation and need easy accessibility in hustle and bustle of Jakarta. Also for anyone who need to temporarily living apart from family and work from home. My apartement is equipped with: ▪️AC ▪️refrigerator, water dispenser ▪️kitchen set and utensils for light cooking ▪️dining table ▪️couch, bed and wardrobe ▪️TV cable ▪️Wifi I provide extra cleaning supplies and tools, so you can clean as you stay. One access card and one door key will be provided for the guest to enter the building, and should be returned upon check out. Access card or door key lost will be charged Rp 250.000 or USS20 for replacement. I personally or my husband will welcome you and guide you to the apartment. I am not living in the complex. You can contact me through Airbnb messaging system or text me to my phone number. You can find many coffe shops, canteen, convenience store, laundry service, fresh mart around the complex. Supermarket, gym, salon, restaurants and cinema are inside the mall. Durian market is located across the main street. note: please follow the health protocols around the complex. Parking space are limited and paid by your own expense. Avoiding heavy traffic in Jakarta, it's better use commuter train from Kalibata Station, be aware of peak hour. Use online taxi or motorcycle taxi for convenience, they can be ordered anytime through mobile applications (Gojek or Grab). • If you are couple, I accept married (non LGBT) couples only.
