Longacre One Bedroom Barn Conversion

Longacre is a converted 18c Barn. The spacious One bedroom barn is a large and airy space with vaulted ceiling and exposed beams, with its own entrance and parking outside. There is a very comfortable kings size bed, and a pull out single bed. A large wet room ensuite. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with direct access from the One bedroom barn. This includes cooker, fridge and dishwasher. This kitchen is exclusively for the One bedroom barn. As well as the room itself and it’s facilities, there is a small patio, directly outside. Guests are more than welcome to wander round the large garden. Guests can use the garden Longacre is my home and I live in the main part of the house Landscove is a rural area, where the main industry is agriculture, with most of the farms working under contract to Riverford Organics, who are based nearby. There is an excellent pub, The Live and Let Live just up the lane from Longacre. Due to its location some sort of wheeled transport is essential, though Taxis may be found at the local train station at Totnes
