The main town of Rothesay is 2 miles away - a 40 minute picturesque walk along the seafront. Suitable for wheelchair access. Port Bannatyne is a busy yet peaceful village. The bungalow offers Sea views, Sky TV, Tea, Coffee, Hairdryers, Fresh bed linen and Towels. The bedrooms are spacious with fitted wardrobes, a double sofa bed is available to be used in the living room. Spacious dining area in the kitchen. Driveway can easily take 3 cars. Peace and quiet with activity in the bars, cafes and restaurants if you want activity. Private Garden with a BBQ area. Dogs and cats are more than welcome. The bungalow has its own private garden and driveway. I live on the Island and will be available to respond to requests, however, I will only attend in person at your request. There are bus stops within 100yds of the property. Taxis run daily. We are 6 miles from the Rhubodach/Colintraive ferry and 2 miles from the Rothesay/Wemyss Bay Ferry. Catching crabs on the beach. 2 miles to Ettrick Bay Beach and cafe along the off-road footpath, Seals on the beach, Fishing from the pier or Loch Fad, Marina next door, pétanque/boules pitch in the local park. Regular bus service into Rothesay centre (2 miles) Mount Stuart House. ButeFest, Highland Games. There’s always something to enjoy on Bute
