Close easy walking distance to Theme Parks and Amusement Centres. Shops nearby. A relaxed country feel in suburbia. Guest bedroom and bathroom windows look out into courtyard of plants and tropical atmosphere. Privacy, relaxation and comfort is offered. The bedroom is air conditioned and has heating. It also has a wall mounted TV. Guests will have access to shared lounge, tv room, own bathroom, shared laundry and breakfast area. All outdoor spaces are guest friendly - pool, bbq, exercise equipment, outdoor toilet, sun room, sauna and grassy yard. I plan to socialise with my guests as an act of friendship. I will however give my guests the space they need but am available when needed. Our home is in a quiet suburban street 2 x blocks from Movieworld. Bitumen footpaths lead you to the theme parks so it is easy flat walking, about 10 mins away. Local bus passes/stops by the front of our home on way to light rail & Helensvale Westfield shopping centre. We have free street and driveway parking. Local shops - IGA food, cafe, real estate, hairdressers, drs, dentist, chemist etc are 1 x block away.
