This contemporary townhouse is positioned 10 mins to Melb Airport and 15 mins to Melb CBD. With Airport West Shopping Centre and Keilor Road around the corner–the location is perfect. The home features three bedrooms two with built in robes and split systems. Third bedroom also has a study desk and the home FREE WIFI. The light and bright, open plan living space contains a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining table and seating for 6 and leads out to a huge outdoor entertaining area. If you are looking for an easy, comfortable close to Melbourne Airport and CBD - look no further! Offering a spacious townhouse that sleeps 5 guests across three bedrooms (third room is downstairs), this wonderful abode has heating/cooling, TV, space to stretch out, a dining seating for 6 guests, dishwasher and a generous size courtyard. This wonderful 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom (2x toilets) townhouse sleeps 5 people comfortably including all linen and towels. Set in a residential street with other townhouses, the home is surrounded with permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is purely to be used for rest and relaxation style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited. We hope you enjoy your stay. This home sleeps 5 guests across 3 bedrooms. Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home and therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily. If you would like a copy of this prior to your stay, please let us know and send us your email address. There is plenty of parking and off street visitor parking at the home. All guests must abide by the terms and conditions below: TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. ACCEPTANCE AND RESPONSIBILITY Payment of the deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 2. CHECK IN / OUT Check in time is 3pm and check out time is 10am. Refer to the house manual when your booking is confirmed for the key location and your unique code. 3. SECURITY BOND A bond payment of $1,000 is allocated to the booking. Any damage, loss or expense incurred by management as a result breaching these terms and conditions will be charged against the bond. Examples of this include but are not limited to are any breakage, damage or excess cleaning requirements, extra guests beyond those declared, complaints made against you, etc. 4. PARTIES AND FUNCTIONS Parties are not allowed and noise and music must be kept to a minimum due to surrounding permanent residency. This property is located in a residential street. No loud music to be played after 8pm during the weekdays including Sunday and after 10pm on Friday and Saturday night. Disobeying these rules may result in potentially losing your bond and being evicted from the property. 5. PETS This is up to the owner's discretion so please contact me to discuss your pet needs prior to booking. 6. LINEN AND TOWELS All linen and towels are included in your stay. Lost or damaged linen / towels may incur costs. 7. PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS If a complaint is raised, guests will be contacted on the phone number provided on the booking request, please ensure this number is correct. If we cannot contact with you within 15 minutes of the complaint being received or if the noise issues are not rectified after speaking, we will arrange a security patrol car to attend the home to investigate the complaint. If this were to occur, then guests will be charged $300 + GST. Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to management prior to departure from the property. We recommend all guests purchase travel insurance since management are not responsible for any injuries, illness or accidents that may occur while staying at our property. 8. YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES You must comply with all applicable house rules for the property concerning occupancy, property, health, safety and quiet enjoyment of the property and our neighbours. You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately. Only the guests agreed to in the booking may stay in the property overnight. If more guests stay than the agreed number, all guests may be terminated without refund. Before departure, all food must be removed from fridges and all rubbish put in the rubbish bins provided. Extra cleaning charges may be incurred for the cleaning of dirty dishes, dishwasher, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish, etc. Should the cleaning fee be more than the usual cost for cleaning the property, you will be charged the additional costs above the normal cleaning fee, which will be deducted from the security bond or charged to your credit card. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. The property should be vacated on time and secured. All windows, doors and garage are to be locked. All keys must be returned to the safety box at the end of your stay. You are responsible for the safekeeping and replacement of accommodation keys. Duplicate keys in the event of losing the keys will be provided at an additional charge of $150. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Thank you for abiding by the terms and conditions.
