Villa with private pool & Jacuzzi in Cortona

Villa Principessa is an old farmhouse with a private swimming pool and a brand new Jacuzzi, completely restored and nestled in the quiet and green hills of Cortona, with a spectacular view of the valley below. The whole structure is covered by wi-fi. It is perfect for those who want to enjoy a holiday immersed in the Tuscan countryside in complete relaxation. Villa Principessa is a stone cottage completely renovated, surrounded by green hills surrounding Cortona, with a breathtaking view of the plains below. The house is on three levels according to the geology of the terraced land. The middle floor there is the kitchen, the dining room with fireplace, a bathroom and two rooms from bed, thereof one with double bed large and one with French bed. On the upper floor, which is reached via a flight of stairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed, two single beds and a bathroom. While the lower level, there is a one bedroom apartment with kitchen, dining room, bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom and a sofa bed. In the other adjacent unit there is an additional studio with a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. Outside, in addition to the patio with barbecue, Villa Princess is equipped with a beautiful swimming pool and from this year with a brand new Jacuzzi outside for a breathtaking view of the valley below. It's available a free wi-fi that covers the whole internal and external and satellite TV. Guests have access to the garden on terraces, the swimming pool in front of the house and the patio, where can be organized barbecues because there are two barbecue. There is also a laundry room with washing machine and clothes dryer. The Villa and the pool are private and not shared with others. My family will be glad to give advices to the guests if they want to and we give always our telephone numbers, so our guests can call us anytime during their vacation for anything they need. The house is located upon the hills under Cortona, so it's far from other houses, so that you can enjoy all the privacy and tranquillity that you need. The house is 1 km from Cortona and 5 km from Camucia. In Camucia there are big supermarkets where the guests can buy anything they need, whereas in Cortona they can find minimarkets, shops with typical goods, wineries and excellent restaurants. The prices shown in the ad are for the entire house for 12 guests; I can make discounted prices when guests are less than 12 and book the house at the ground floor with 7 beds or the lower floor with 3-2 beds. The price that you pay for the rent of the house doesn't include the costs of the electricity of the air conditioning only if it exceeds the limit set in the counter (that will be checked at the check-in and at the check-out). The price doesn't include the costs for the heating so you pay it at check out based on actual consumptions. Guests can find in their rooms sheets, towels and towels for the swimming pool.
